Iatros Medical Society, registered under society registration Act. 1973/44 of Government of Madhya Pradesh,(Regd. No. IND/7051/2003) based on Central Govt. Act. 1860, Scientific & Literary Institution Act. 1854. For the promotion, development & research of alternative system of medicines and paramedical science, Impart of medical education also. And is authorized to run various educational and paramedical courses. Iatros Medical Society has also registered by the Madhya Pradesh State Minority Commission, its registration No. MPRAA/2003/1873. Society has PAN No. by the income Tex department Govt. of India and having Trade Marks Registration also by the Govt. of India. Iatros medical society has accredit by Quality council of India and NITI Aayog Govt. of India. 

For effective health services now there is need that entire program should be at national level to be reviewed to move with new medical developments. The responsibilities of community in health have more importance which should have trained health specialist along with worker and technologists and should be well equipped to give specified remedies for day to day illness. Has been establish to workers may get rural atmosphere which may help them to work in rural and urban areas. So the council is promoting medical and paramedical health education in the country.

Iatros Medical Society has the promotion, development & research of alternative system of medicines and paramedical science, Impart of education and medical education also. And is authorized to run various courses in medical science, electro homoeopathy, paramedical science and alternative system of medicines. It has wide network to promote this medical system throughout India.

Legality, validity and utility of training courses, practice and research in the field of education and medical science in conformity with the constitution of India as per article 19(1)/g and laws of the land.

Article 29 and 30 of the Indian constitution guarantee certain right to the minorities. Article 29 protects the interests of the minorities by making a provision that any citizen/section of citizen having a distinct language, script or culture have the right to conserve the same. Article 29 mandates that no discrimination would be done on the ground of religion, race, caste, language or any of them.

Article 30 mandates that all minorities, whether based on religion or language, shall have the right to establish and administer educational institutions of their choice. Article 30 is called a charter of education rights.
